Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Balanced DietLab Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and its members in connection with the use of the OEM/ODM/OBM consultation, quotation, and information services (“Services”) provided through the Company's website.

Article 2 (Use of Services and Partner Accounts)

This site does not operate a public member registration process. Users may use services such as consultation requests without separate registration, and partner login accounts are issued through separate consultation with the Company.

Article 3 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with these Terms and applicable laws, and must not impersonate others, register false information, or interfere with the Company's operations.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides members with consultation and quotation services for health functional foods, functionally labeled foods, and inner beauty OEM/ODM/OBM, as well as ancillary services such as portfolios, notices, and technical materials.

Article 5 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

Members may request withdrawal at any time by email or phone, and the Company will process such requests without delay. In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Company may restrict or suspend membership after prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or circumstances attributable to members. Consultation and quotation information is general guidance, and final contract terms are subject to separate agreement.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Disputes relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
